Physical Exercise


Physical exercise means the regular movement of the limbs and organs of our body according to
rules. Physical exercise is essential for sound health. It helps our body to be active. By taking physical exercise we can keep ourselves fit.

There are various kind of physical exercise such as walking, running, swimming, racing etc. All kind
of physical exercises are not suitable for all ages and seasons. Some are for old, some are for youth,
some are for the children, some are for the female and some are for the male. The old and sick can't
take part in games. they can walk in the morning. But the youth can take all kinds of exercise.

We should take our physical exercise at the right time. After meal no exercise should be taken. It
must not be taken in empty stomach. So we should be aware of all this matters. Morning is the best 
time. It may be taken in the afternoon too.

In our country many people do not take physical exercise. They think that it is waste of times. But,
in fact, they are wrong. By taking physical exercise we can remain healthy and do our works properly. Taking physical exercise is most important for the students. they can study properly if
they keep them fit by taking physical exercise.

Healthy children are the healthy citizens of future. So we should all take physical exercise regularly
for healthy and peaceful life.
