Sentence:  A sentence is a set of words which gives a complete sense. There are five types of sentences base on meaning. 1. Assertive sentence    A. Affirmative    B. Negative 2.  Interrogative sentence. 3. Imperative sentence. 4. Optative sentence. 5. Exclamatory sentence. 1. Assertive sentence:  An assertive sentence is a sentence that states a fact. Once a hungry fox was searching for food in the jungle. After a few time he became very tired. So he sat down under a tree. Suddenly he saw a tree of grape. The grapes were hanging very high. He wished to have a delicious meal of the ripe grapes. He could not resist his temptation to have the taste of the ripe grapes. So he jumped again and again to reach the grapes. But the bunches of the ripe grapes were too high for the fox to reach. The fox tried again and again but failed. Then he became more tired. He took some rest and tried his best again but failed. At last he understood that there is no hope to get the grapes. So, he went away sadly. He consoled himself by murmuring,"The grapes are sour. So, do not wish to eat them.

The Rainy Season There are six seasons in Bangladesh. Rainy season is the second season. This season come after summer. This season consists of Bengali months 'Ashar' and 'Shravan". Environment pollution The surroundings in which a person, animal and plant lives is called environment. There are many  elements in our environment. Air, water, soil, plants etc. are such elements.They are essential for the environment as well as human beings. But it is a matter of sorrow that many elements of our environment are polluted in various ways. In many places of our country the environment has become extremely polluted. We ourselves are responsible for this severe pollution. Industries and factories emit huge amount of smoke, gases and fume. Water is polluted in many ways. People are suffering very much for water pollution. To stop environment pollution we should take necessary steps. We should plant trees more and more. We should keep our environment clean. We must be  aware about the bad impacts of environment pollution. By doing all of these we can stop environment pollution.

Television Modern age is an age of science. It serves more than radio sets and other means of mass communication. It has become a part and parcel of our life. Television is one of the greatest invention of science. Television is a compound word consisting of two Latin words 'tele' and 'vision'. They mean seeing something from a distance. A winter morning There are six seasons in Bangladesh. Undoubtedly winter is the coldest season. There remains fog all around in winter. Sometime the fog is so dense that the sun rays can not get through it. Everything looks hazy. Sum rays Dew drops fall on leaves and grass at night. Sun rays fall on it in the morning and it glitters like pearl. This scenery is really beautiful. The rich wear warm clothes and enjoy the scene. Even the can get up from bed late. But a winter morning is very unpleasant to the poor. They suffer a lot in winter morning. Because they have no warm clothes. They gather dry straw and make  fire to warm themselves. However in a winter morning one can enjoy delicious and sweet cakes. In all respects, through a winter morning is enjoyable for rich, it brings distress for the poor.

Computer Computer is a wonder of modern science. It is an electronic device that manipulates information or data. It has the ability to store, retrieve and process data. Computer is used to type documents, send e-mail, play games and browse the web. It is also use to create or edit spreadsheets, presentation, and even videos. One day a crow stole a piece of meat. It flew away and became very tired. So, it sat on the branch of a tree. A fox was passing thereby. He was very hungry. Suddenly he noticed the meat in the crow's beak. The sight of the piece of meat made his mouth full of water. He thought for sometimes. He hit upon a plan. He said to the crow, "oh beautiful crow! your complexion is so far. I think your voice is very sweet. Can you sing a song for me? " At first the crow did not want to sing. But at the fox carried on praising her she felt proud on her tongue. Finally, she started to sing a song. But no sooner had she opened her mouth the piece of meat fell down from her mouth. The cunning fox took it and ran away. The crow had paid a heavy piece for his foolishness. The moral of this story is "Do not believe a flatterer"

Two Friends Once upon a time there lived two boys in a village. They were best friends. One day the two friends were passing through a jungle. They promised that they would help each other at the time of danger. Suddenly a bear came there. They became very afraid. One of them knew how to climb up a tree. He climbed up a nearby tree without thinking about his friend. The other was fatty and did not know how to climbed up on a tree. But he knew that a bear does not touch a dead body. So he slept on the grass like a dead man. The bear came near him and smelt all over the body. The bear thought that it's a dead body. So without harming the bear went away. The friend who was on the tree saw everything. He got down and asked to his friend that what the bear whisper to his ear. The friend replied that a friend is need in a friend indeed. 

Once upon a time there lived a clever fox in a jungle. One day he was walking through jungle. Suddenly he fell into a trap. He could somehow leave from the trap but he had to leave his tail behind. Without a tail he looked strange and felt sad. But the fox was very cunning. A great plan crossed his mind. He invited all the foxes of the jungle to come to a meeting. Then the fox said, "My dear friends, listen to me. I've invented a great thing. The tail of ours are useless and are always dirty. So we should cut off our tails. All the foxes were agreed on the proposal of cunning fox. One of the wise old fox was also listening. He said to the cunning fox that his plan was very interesting but foolish. You want us to cut off our tails because you've lost your tails. Then the cunning fox felt ashamed and ran away quickly.

E-Learning E-learning is the use of electronic media and communication technologies in education. Bernard Luskin, a pioneer of E-learning, says that the "e" should be interpreted to mean "exiting, energetic, enthusiastic, emotional, extended, excellent and educational" in addition to "Electronic". E-learning includes numerous types of media like text, audio, images, animation and streaming video etc.  E-learning can occur in or out of the classroom. It is suited to distant learning and flexible learning. Students can study anywhere if they have access to a computer and internet connection. Students may select their level of knowledge and interests. They can improve knowledge of the internet and computer skills that will help them throughout their lives and careers. There are many others advantages of E-learning. Thus, it plays a vital role in our life.

Importance of learning English A foreigner teacher teaching English English is our international language. The use of English language has improved. There are so many English language institution which serves various techniques in learning English in order to improve our English ability. English become important in many field's life. Getting scholarship, going abroad and working in foreign companies are three importance of mastering English. Getting scholarship is the first importance of learning English. Every people expect a best education but it is astronomically. To get scholarship is not so easy. English is must. It is one of the requirement which must be empowered by the students. English is very important to get the scholarship. Going abroad is the second importance of learning English. Many people go in and out from country to country. English is a common language to communicate with every nations. English helps us to understand all the nations.

Journey By Boat A journey is a source of pleasure. Bangladesh is a land of rivers. So journey by boat is easy and popular in our country. Journey by boat is my favourite journey. Because journey by boat is very interesting and peaceful. It gives me much pleasure. During the last autumn our school was closed. It was a suitable time for me to have a journey. At that time my cousin invited me. It is much easier to reach my cousin's home by boat. So i decided to make the journey by boat. Cricket There are so many games and sports in the world. I like games and sports. The name of my favorite game is cricket. This game gives me more pleasure than any other game. It is played for a very common aim of getting maximum scores and number of runs by both teams. Water pollution Water is one of the major elements of environment. Water is called life as the life of both animal and plant is impossible without water. A Thirsty Crow It was a hot summer day. A crow was very thirsty. He flew here and there for searching water. All the canals, rivers and ponds were dry up. So he could not find water anywhere. after that he became very tired. So he sat on a tree. After a few moment he saw a pitcher on the grass. He flew there but there were few waters into the pitcher. So he could not drink water. He looked around and saw some pebbles. Then a great idea crossed his mind. He dropped pebbles into the pitcher one by one. Then the water level grew up. Earthquake Earthquake is a natural disaster. There are large earthquakes and small earthquakes. Large earthquakes can take down buildings and cause death and injury. Earthquakes are measured using observations from seismometers. an earthquake under ocean can cause a tsunami. This can cause just as much death and destruction as the earthquake itself. Landslides can happen too. scientists can not view a major earthquake beforehand. They do know where earthquake may occurred. We must be prepared before occurrence of earthquake. In the time of earthquake if we are indoor we should take cover under a table or bench. We should wait in our safety spot until the shaking of ground stops. If we are outdoors we should stay away from tall buildings, trees, street lamps and power lines.

Mobile Phone Mobile phone is a wonder of modern science. It is a small cellular phone that can be easily carried with us. It is used almost all over the world. This invention makes our life easy.  We can communicate easily with others by mobile phone. As the networks of different mobile operators have covered almost the whole country, we do not have any chance to get lost. It is also used like a computer. in the latest version of mobile phone we can check email. we can make video calls by a mobile phone. we can read newspaper by using mobile phone. Mobile phone is a source of entertainment. We can play video games, watching drama or movie by a mobile phone. Though mobile phone is a useful things, it has some bad effects too. Using mobile phone for long time in a day is harmful for our health. It is harmful for our eyes. Many student neglect from their studies because of mobile phone. So we should make proper use of it.

Deforestation Cutting  down trees Deforestation means cutting down trees in a large number. There are many factors behind this destruction. Population problem is mainly responsible for this destruction. Population is increasing highly and this additional population require more land to live and agricultural cultivation. The result is that land areas are decreasing and land for trees and forests are getting decreased day by day. people are also cutting down trees for cooking, melting pitch etc. Deforestation causes global warming, ecological imbalance etc. Trees are many useful to human life. But trees are cutting down day by day and it is a suicidal attempt. So we should take some necessary steps to stop this act. If we do not stop this act, soon our country will, no doubt, turn into a desert.

Tree plantation means planting more and more trees at a large scale in a planned way. Trees are our best friends. Trees play a vital role in human life. Trees help us in many way. They give us food and shelter. They give us many kinds of fruits. We get wood from trees. we use them for cooking. They are also used for making bed, chair, tables etc. They give us rubber too. Trees take in carbon dioxide and supply oxygen. They also protect us from many natural calamities. But it's a matter of sorrow that trees are cutting down everyday in a large number. If there is no tree there will be no life. so we should be aware about tree plantation. To make life peaceful, there is no alternative to tree plantation.
